Published

on

Jemele Hill the newest name to jump on the ESPN politically correct, alt-left bandwagon. The SportsCenter co-host tweeted that President Trump is a “White Supremacists. ESPN was later forced to issue an official statement denouncing the comments by their anchor.

“Trump is the most ignorant, offensive president of my lifetime,” Hill tweeted Monday night.

“His rise is a direct result of white supremacy. Period,” she said. “He is unqualified and unfit to be president. He is not a leader. And if he were not white, he never would have been elected.”

This series of highly offensive tweets went on for 15 minutes in a non-stop rant.

“Donald Trump is a white supremacist who has largely surrounded himself w/ other white supremacists,” she said at the start of her tirade.

What White Supremacists is she talking about? Ben Carson, the Director of HUD? Jared Kushner, an Orthodox Jew, one of the President’s lead advisers?

“The height of white privilege is being able to ignore his white supremacy, because it’s of no threat to you,” Hill added. “Well, it’s a threat to me.”

During this rant, the ESPN co-host ended up tweeting more than a dozen times, using a wide myriad of insults.

ESPN is facing a massive backlash from people that are sick and tired of the networks accelerated path towards becoming a left-wing political network.

Tens of thousands of people have called for Jemele Hill to resign in the wake of her unforgivable tweet-storm, while others have called for boycotts against ESPN.

Jim Duquette, former General Manager for the Mets and Orioles, current host on SiriusXM’s MLB Network Radio, and host of the Jim and Justin Breakdown Podcast  joined Jacob Wohl on the Offended America Podcast to talk about the politicization of sports, the future of players who don’t stand for the National Anthem and more.

Duquette agreed with Wohl that it’s dangerous when athletes start getting involved in politics, saying “Because they are role models, they have to be more cautious”, and he called athlete dictating politics to American’s youth a “red flag”.

Speaking about Colin Kaepernick, Duquette said “I don’t think he should be employed”.

Alt-Left Dolphins Receiver Kenny Stills Calls for Players to Support Kaepernick

Published

on

Miami Dolphins receiver Kenny Stills questioned Thursday why more players aren’t supporting disgraced former 49ers quarterback Colin Kaepernick.

In a further statement Stills said:

“I feel like the league is majority African-American, and you would think more people would have one of our guys’ back,” Stills said. “You talk about the NFL being a brotherhood. They give us this presentation every year about the NFL being a brotherhood. And if something is going on with one of your brothers, I feel like we should be there to have his back and speak up for him.”

Stills, along with far left networks like ESPN seem to not understand why players don’t hate the United States of America, the country that allows them to make millions of dollars to play football.

The Colin Kaepernick situation and what it means for the NFL

Published

on

The date is February 3rd, 2013, Colin Kaepernick is about to lead the San Francisco 49ers in what will most likely be the most important game of his entire career. Kaepernick a former second round pick is starting to develop into a franchise quarterback after only one year in the NFL. Fast forward four years and Kaepernick is without a job amidst a series of sideline protests that have sparked an entire movement in the NFL. It all started in the early weeks of the 2016 NFL season when Kaepernick began taking a knee during the national anthem before games in protest of police brutality. It wasn’t until August 26th when Jennifer Lee Chan of “Niners Nation” tweeted a photo that gained national recognition. Since then numerous players have taken up the cause that has stirred up a national discussion. Is this protesting noble? What impact will this have on the NFL?

It’s no secret people turn to sports to get away from the grind of everyday life. The last thing the majority of sports viewers in the United States want to see during a football game is anything that reminds them of politics, especially not in the current political climate. Seeing players disrespect the National Anthem had turned many fans off in my opinion. NFL tv ratings have been in decline for the last few years and some of this can be directly linked to viewers simply not wishing to watch something they find political or flat our disrespectful to America.
